Another good thing to include on your checklist is if you would like a house that is a turnkey house, meaning everything is finished and the house needs no work, or if you would prefer a house that needs some work. If you are skilled with home repairs, you might be able to make all the repairs yourself, and this is a great way to save money on a home.
